We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, plans must change. To ensure a smooth and mutually respectful relationship between our clients and our service providers, we have established the following cancellation policy. This policy is designed to protect both parties, ensuring that our service remains efficient, reliable, and fair.
1. Cancellation by Client:
1.1 Notice Period: We kindly request that any cancellations or requests to reschedule be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedules, allocate resources effectively, and potentially offer the time slot to another client in need. We understand that emergencies happen, but adherence to this notice period helps maintain the high level of service you expect from Perfect Shine.
1.2 Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled service time, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. This fee covers the time and resources already allocated to your service, as well as the opportunity cost of being unable to rebook the slot on short notice.
1.3 Same-Day Cancellations: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a fee equivalent to 75% of the total service cost will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 3 hours before the service, the full amount of the service will be charged. This is due to the fact that our team is likely en route or has already arrived at your location, and operational costs have been incurred.
1.4 No-Shows: If our cleaning team arrives at the designated location and is unable to gain access to the property, or if the client is not present without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. In such instances, 100% of the service cost will be charged to cover the expenses and time committed to your service.
1.5 Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. We offer one complimentary reschedule per service, provided that the request is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Subsequent rescheduling requests within the 48-hour window will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation by Service Provider:
2.1 Provider-Initiated Cancellation: While we strive to honor every appointment, there may be rare occasions where we must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies, severe weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify the client as soon as possible and offer to reschedule the service at a convenient time, without any additional charges or penalties.
2.2 Service Delays: At Perfect Shine, punctuality is a key component of our service. However, due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic delays or extended service times at previous appointments, we reserve the right to a 30-minute window around the scheduled service time. If our team is delayed beyond this window, we will inform the client immediately. Clients may choose to reschedule the service without incurring any cancellation fees if the delay significantly impacts their schedule.
2.3 Service Guarantee: In the rare event that we need to cancel a service without rescheduling, we will provide a full refund for any payments made for that service. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we will offer a discount on the next scheduled service.
3. Modifications to Policy:
3.1 Perfect Shine reserves the right to amend or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through email or direct communication, and the updated policy will be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any modifications to the policy will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself. If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:- Our system administrators.

6. How Long We Retain Your Data For
When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
